Island Breeze 

Tropical fruit display featuring pineapples, strawberries, grapes, kiwi and Melons, Crab dip and fish dip beautifully displayed in pineapple halves with assorted crackers. 

Fried Coconut shrimp with  dipping sauce. butler passed 

Main course

Jamaican Jerk Chicken marinated island style chicken mild or spicy, Fried  Red snapper seasoned and fried , served with lime wedge , Jamaican Style  Pigeon peas and Rice, Our famous island style Cole slaw with pineapple and Orange slices. Pan seared Sweet Plantains, and rolls w/ butter.


Key West Sunset

Tropical fruit Display featuring pineapples, strawberries, grapes, kiwi and Melons. Tomatoes Caprese Kabobs: Plump cherry tomatoes with mozzarella and basil drizzled with balsamic glaze served on a stick,

Vegetable spring rolls: Our light spring rolls fried on site served with tangy sweet and sour sauce, butler passed.

Teriyaki Glazed Salmon served on a grilled pineapple bed, Honey glazed Boneless Chicken breast topped with fresh Mango Salsa, Coconut Lime rice , Fresh Mixed Greens Salad w/ citrus vinaigrette and a Steamed vegetable blend featuring Yellow squash, Zucchini, Carrot and Cuban rolls w/butter


Havana Nights 

Fruit and Vegetable Platter beautifully displayed,  Shrimp Ceviche: Our  Fresh  Florida  Shrimp marinated in lime Juice mixed with Chopped Red Onions, Red and Yellow peppers, topped with cilantro served in Display Cups,

Chicken Vaca fita in Plantain cups , butler passed 

Main Course-

Island Style Marinated boneless Chicken breast grilled to perfection,

Garlic Marinated Roast Pork , White rice, Cuban style Black Beans, Homemade fresh salsa, Pan seared Sweet Plantains, Caribbean Salad, and Cuban  bread w/butter


Miami Surf and Turf

Fresh fruit display, Assorted cheese and crackers Display, Vegetable Crudités display with ranch and blue cheese dipping sauce all beautifully displayed

Beef Empanadas served with garlic Aoli sauce, buttler passed

Main Course

 Grilled Churrasco Steak topped with onions and peppers served with chimmi churi sauce on the side, Grilled Shrimp Skewers, Congri:  Cuban style rice and black beans mixed , Garden salad  and dinner rolls.


Beach Barbeque

Fresh fruit Display,Coconut Shrimp with Asian Sweet Chili Sauce;

For those that like a little bit of everything our stations menu is the way to go Separate stations, all individually Chef Manned (Choose 4)


Meat carver Station

Chef Carved Meats (please choose 1 ) Sweet Honey & Pineapple glazed Ham, Smoked Turkey Breast, or Succulent Roast beef. Cut to order with choice of condiments, Mayo, Horseradish, Spicy Mustard or Au Jus with rolls and assorted breads


Raw Bar**

Fresh Fla Shrimps, Oysters, Mussels, Crab and Fish Dip with crackers, all Served with cut limes, lemons, Cocktail sauce and Horse radish sauce


Taco Bar

Soft or Hard shell Taco with a variety of meats, Ground Beef, shredded chicken and pork with assorted toppings Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, scallions Served with rice and refried beans


Potato Bar

 Mashed  Potato  or Sweet Potato with assortment of Toppings, Gravy , Shredded cheese, Bacon bits, Chives, Sour cream, &Broccoli


Pasta Bar

Choose 2 from a variety of Pastas : Ziti, Penne , Linguine ,Fettuccini or Spaghetti noodles with your choice of toppings,: Ground Beef in Marinara sauce , Shrimp and seafood in Alfredo Sauce, or Grilled Vegetables Primavera, served with Fresh Herbs, Parmesan cheese and garlic bread


Asian Stir fry station

Our Asian Delight features Marinated Beef and chicken, Teriyaki Tofu and your choice of stir ins: Pad thai noodles , Rice , Bean sprouts, Cabbage, carrots, onions, Peppers, Scallions ,Cashews Served in Fun Chinese taco out boxes


French Fry Bar

A fun way to please all your guests, a Collection of great fries and topping including Crinkle Cuts, Waffle Fries  and Tator tots served with your choice of toppings melted cheddar cheese , Seasoning shakers ,Sour cream, Scallions, Ketchup , Mayo , BBq Sauce and Honey Mustard


Chicken Wing Bar

Choose from an array of chicken wings : Breaded and naked wings , fried or grilled, wings jerk wings, buffalo wings and garlic parmesan wings, served with your choice of flavor mix ins ,toppings and dressings


Cuban Paella 

A beautiful display of Yellow rice with  chicken, shrimp and assorted shelled seafood topped with tomatoes  and vegetable cooked and served on site in a paella pan  served with Salad and Cuban Bread

Build your own Burger. Choose from Hamburgers, Italian Sausage and hot dogs. Includes An Array of Burger Buns, Hoagie Rolls, and assortment of Condiments including Cheddar and Provolone cheese, Fresh Iceberg and Romaine Lettuce, Locally grown Fresh Tomatoes, Sliced Red Onions, Sweet and Dill Pickles and of course Ketchup, Mustard and Mayo.
